It sounds to me like a tofu and they might make this version of tofu in clear substitute form in Thailand, because I remember when they have the vegetarian festival for Thai-Chinese over there they have tons of varieties of food which are made from tofu that you and I wouldn&#039;t imagine. So I&#039;m not going to be surprised if the one you have said would be tofu.</description>
